For those of you unable to participate in our Friday afternoon auction, and as an addition for those who can, a new game strategy has now been put in place.

Starting this Friday, we will be accepting reserve bids ahead of the auction. If the shoe is still available at your reserve price during the auction, then the pair is rightfully yours. A new tactic to consider that could perhaps win you the desirable pair of Classic English Derbys this Friday. There’s going to be some tough competition this week. This week we’re placing a pair of black English Classic Derbys on the block in our reverse auction. With the contest for the trophy pair kicking off at 3pm London time, we are expecting a speedy win with such a popular style, sizes range from 6-13.

This week we’re placing a pair of Italian Tobacco Slip-ons on the block in sizes 6,7,8.5,11,11.5,12,12.5. Kicking off at a later time of 3pm London Time, the price of the shoes will drop by £2.50 a minute with the hammer falling when the first person loses their nerve, seizing the pair at the price stated at that time. With an ever increasing Twitter following, the competition is toughening up - so be set and raring to go by 3pm Friday. There’ll be tweet updates every ten minutes, so keep an eye out for them. Another auction passed, another outstanding quality shoe given away at a minimal price. This week we offered up the heavy yet handsome Almond Slip-on; a tough and daring shoe to style but with the right owner and style skills, has the potential to create an outstanding look. With the original retail price of £375 diminishing by £2.50 a minute, the pair went at 1.44pm for a staggering £115 - pocket money you could say. Next week, we’ll be offering a pair of Italian Contemporary Tobacco Slip-ons in sizes 6,7,8.5,11,11.5,12,12.5 at the same start price of £375. Last Friday the lucky winner of our reverse auction walked away with an outstanding pair of Wrapped Oxfords for a steal at £104; shedding an impressive £396 off the retail price. What more could tempt you into placing an offer at tomorrow’s auction, where we’ll be putting a pair of almond Slip-ons on the block? And, for those of you who couldn’t squeeze into the previously offered size 8, we’ll be offering tomorrow’s shoe in sizes 7.5-12.5. The highest quality shoe, in the perfect size, at a potentially minimal cost; you could say we are spoiling you. The shoes for our Friday auction have just been announced. A one of a kind Wrapped Oxford, with a beautiful brown, hand-painted patina. This style was made as a sample for a Shoe of the Month that was never released. The only pair is in a size 8, and will be auctioned off at 12 noon (London time) on Friday, the 2nd of October. As always, the only way to follow the auction will be via our Twitter feed. The price will start off at £500 and drop £3 a minute. Good luck!
